- Cancellation
- Cancel at least 5 days before check-in and your booking is refunded. Inside 5 days of check-in it is non-refundable — tell us early if plans change and we will always try to move the dates instead.
- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. A government photo ID is required at check-in. Early check-in and late check-out can usually be arranged subject to availability.

- Commitment and security
- Published monthly rates assume a six-month stay, with one month’s rent held as a refundable security deposit. Shorter stays are arranged to requirement with a smaller security amount.
- Notice period
- One month of notice, raised as a ticket on the website.
- Deposit refund
- Refunded in full when notice is given, after any dues. Processing can take 45–60 working days and is always by online transfer.
- Token amount
- Non-refundable — it is deducted from your first invoice, not added to it.
